THE ERTÈ — AFRICAN ZIRCON
Another one-of-a-kind iteration of my signature Ertè.
At its centre, a natural African zircon in the softest earthy blush — warm champagne, dusty peach and old rose shifting through its facets as the light changes.
Set entirely by hand in sterling silver, the stone is framed by the Ertè’s signature celestial architecture: an exaggerated rising halo, tiny stars, sculptural flourishes and intricate details worked into the band.
There’s something ancient about this one. Part celestial relic, part armour, part treasure you probably weren’t supposed to find.
As with every Ertè, the stone dictated the piece. No template, no exact repetition — just building intuitively around what was already beautiful.
Handmade entirely in my mountain studio, with all the tiny irregularities and evidence of the maker left exactly where they belong.
