A little chunk of strange matter.
Handmade in sterling silver using the ancient process of sand casting, giving the ring its beautifully rough, molten texture and making every mark and imperfection part of the piece.
Scattered across the surface is a tiny constellation of natural sapphires in mismatched colours — little flashes of pink, violet, orange in pastel tones set straight into the silver.
I love sand casting because you never have complete control over what comes out. The process leaves its own fingerprints behind, so even if I tried to make this ring again, it would never be quite the same.
Heavy, imperfect and completely one of a kind.
